I love pumpkin pie, but no-Bake cheesecake is my favorite guilty pleasure. It is simple, sweet, and EASY! So very, very easy! Once I mastered the basic recipe, I started playing around with various flavor combinations. The one I look forward to making most is my White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake. This cheesecake has everything you could want from pumpkin pie, mixed with the creamy sweetness of cheesecake.
