I didn’t really do anything major for my birthday this year, but I don’t usually do much for it. My hubby bought me a cake and I think we picked up fast food somewhere.
Was during the Quarantine. Had to spend it alone. My friend did not even send me a birthday card this year b/c she did not want to risk getting the coronavirus by going to the store to pick out a card for me and I did not get gifts from my other friend either. It was a very depressing, disappointing and lonely day. 🙁
Being in lockdown, with my partner on our rural property in our tiny town, I just stayed home. Which was fine. It was at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, so I had no idea how many occasions would be spent the same way. We’ll be doing this until it’s safe to go out again. So, like 2022?

My birthday was in April when we were quarantined, so I made myself a toilet paper cake!
I had a quiet day at home!
Spent it at home since it was in may.
I ordered delivery from Red Lobster. It was very good. But I missed having friends with me to enjoy it.

I had a pandemic birthday this year which consisted of getting takeout from my fave restaurant. It was awesome!
Unfortunately we were in lockdown for my birthday, so no big celebration. We stayed home and had a nice dinner in.
My husband cooked us a nice dinner at home!
We had dinner at home and video chatted friends.
