My most memorable school day was the last day I had as a teacher before my oldest daughter was born. It was my last day teaching and my daughter was born the next day (I had no clue she was going to be early and come the next day). haha!
The first day of 5th grade I wore a dress my grandmother bought me it was blue with orange trim. I had everything to go with it shoes beaded necklace so cute.
I remember in grade school getting called to the office because they couldn’t get a hold of my mom. I think I was i in 5th grade, and the Principle was in there threatening to paddle my brother. I walked in and my brother looked art me and I got to tell the principle that he actually had the wrong Michael (we had a common last name and there was a boy with the same name in my grade, my bro was in kindergarten), my mom was clear that the school was not paddle us, and that she was going to be PISSSED. Turns out they were calling the other kids mom. I called my mom to tell her and man, you don’t mess with single moms.
