In Everything Give Thanks. Do you find it hard to remember to be grateful and thankful everyday? I have found that one of the best ways to remain thankful is little reminders scattered about your daily life. I keep a diary and that helps to remind me to be thankful
I remind myself to be thankful everyday by looking at my children I was told I could never have. <3
I wear a blessing bracelet on my wrist.
With so much going on in the world right now, I depend on spirituality to keep me focused on being thankful for what I have.I know despite it all, I have a lot to be thankful for.
I have several pictures in different rooms that helps remind us all to be thankful. My morning prayers are a good way to help me stay on track too.
I stay in contact with my 8 grandchildren to help me remember how thankful I am.
If I start to feel down I remember how much I truly have and how blessed I really am. It’s been a challenging year for a lot of people so I just try to spread kindness wherever I go.
I don’t need reminders after everything my family has been through. I am thankful, grateful and pray daily.
Unfortunately I don’t always remember to be thankful. I do have a friend that reminds me every so often.
I am definitely thankful in my prayers every day. Its easy to see the positive when the world is crazy
I watch the news and see how lucky we are compared to some others.
I just think about how lucky I am.
With all that is going on in this world today I just have to look around at the beauty and remind myself to be thankful for so much each day.
I have good people in my life that remind of the good things, small things that people take for granted, like love, support, and each other!
I pray at least once a day and meditate because I know things cane be a lost worse.
I try to remind myself that even when I think things are tough, they really aren’t bad. My family is healthy, we have food, home and warmth. That is a lot to be thankful for.
I take a few free moments to spend with myself to look at the bigger picture daily, and to think of all of my blessings.

Just try to think about each day how lucky I am.
When I pray I thank God first.

I remind myself how lucky I am and that things coulda always be worse.
Having a broke leg now, I find myself being thankful for the ordinary things. I have a constant reminder.
I try to be thankful in everything… I don’t really have any tips for how to accomplish that other than to just keep focusing on things that need to be done and spend time with family.
Some days I think about it but I look around and see what I have and it reminds me that I’m very lucky.

Whenever I see people on the news or hear people’s stories in church I remind myself that I could always be worse off and that I am blessed everyday by Jesus!

I don’t remind myself..I have too much going on with a disability , MS, and too much to do every day with no help.
When I hear about other people ‘s troubles.
I like to end my evenings by just reminding myself of what I have.
I look at my past. There was a time I was in an abusive relationship didnt think I could have kids and thought I was all alone. Now I am surrounded by family I know loves me and I have a wonderful son. Yes this year has been extremely difficult and I was worried about Christmas until the Lord blessed us yet again. I am constantly humbled.
I remind myself how lucky I am.
I have problems falling asleep, so I take that time to count my blessings every night.

I keep in mind that everyday is a gift to be cherished and celebrated

Sometimes you need to focus on everything you have and that has gone right. It has been a rough year, but there is always something to be thankful for.
this last 2 weeks have been a roller coaster ride but ive had to remind myself 100 times by just making myself step alone and take a deep breath and tell myself its okay!

Hmmm……that is a great question. I guess that I have trained myself to shift my perspective to one of gratitude. I am blessed and that is always the most important thing.
I just remember to pray everyday for my family & friends.

I realize that things could be much worse, and there are others less fortunate as myself and my family. I try to help those in need when I can, but it has been a tough year all around.

Just read the newspaper or turn on the news, it reminds me hoe thankful I am.
I only have to turn on the tv or internet and see what’s going on in the world and then I am always thankful for what I have.
