I’ve bf all eight of my kids on demand. It helped me keep up a good supply, even with twins.
My one daughter-in-law did breast feed, she always said make sure you pump on time.
Make sure to pump enough to keep up supply while working
See a lactation consultant if you are struggling.
Avoid engorgement by pumping. If baby is not hungry don’t suffer. Pump and save that milk!
