Ridiculously Fast Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Last week I was finishing up another recipe with peanut butter cups and my kids were all screaming for the leftovers.  Since I didn’t have enough for everyone to get a whole one, I decided to cut them in half and use them as a cupcake topper.  Of course, I couldn’t just plop them atop just any cupcake, I wanted it to taste like it was supposed to be there too.  This is how I created my peanut butter cream cheese frosting ridiculously fast — with only two ingredients! Yes! Two ingredients is all it took for me to make this peanut butter cream cheese frosting on the fly and it tasted perfect!  My Peanut Butter Cup Queen (or, the picky eater teen girl who loves all things peanut butter) devoured hers and asked me to make them again this week!

Two Ingredient Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

2 Cups Cream Cheese Frosting

1/2 Cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter

Directions:

Mix cream cheese frosting and peanut butter in a medium mixing bowl until combined well.  Add to pastry bag and pipe frosting onto your favorite cupcake.
