    My resolution is to exercise 3x per week. So far, I have kept it.

      I actually did notake a new year’s resolution but I am going to give a huge try to get more organized in all areas and purge my u used belongings.

    I do have resolutions, but I’m trying to make them more like monthly goals so I can really focus on them, like drinking mostly water throughout January. So far, so good.

    Mine is same as last year to be consistently active, working out for me.. It’s been going well. I also added to be kind to myself and others. It’s been ok.
