Spooky Fruit Platter with Spider Web Fruit Dip
Who says fruit isn’t a snack? Before you jump off this page and think “my kids are never going to buy this”, I want you to know that the NUMBER ONE food that gets eaten at any homeschool function, play-date, or gathering of families is the FRUIT! No, I ‘m not kidding! It always amazes parents when we see the kids running through the party with hand-fulls of fruit! When I see it I always think “Why did I just spend ten hours of my life baking?”
Seriously! Don’t skip on the fruit at your Halloween party! There are a a lot of fun things to do with them. Get your younger kids involved making the pumpkins out of mandarin oranges and bites of celery. Older kids can draw on the ghost and monster eyes with cookie frosting. Your teens can make the fruit dip, or make the funky apple mouths!
Fruit is fun… and festive!

What a fun and spooky treat this is, I love what you did with the apples, I think the children will enjoy making these on our next movie night.

That is the BEST fun tray for Halloween. Like the banana ghosts.

This spooky fruit tray is a great idea, whether you have kids or not. Would be a good idea too to use at your own Halloween party! : )

My kids would have fun helping me make this!
This looks so cute and it looks so yummy
Wow, just so inventive. I’m impressed. I love fruit as a snack, but this would get everyone in on it since at least half of eating is with our eyes.
This is such a fun and creative Halloween platter! I am definitely going to pin this for later on this year. I know that my kids would be super excited to see this, and I love that it’s healthy unlike the hordes of candy they usually get!
This is super clever! Definitely going to try this.
Creepy cute!
