Quick & Easy Party Pleasing Snack!
Some are better than others at preparing food for parties and gatherings. You know… there are those who put television chefs to shame, and then there are those who are always asked to bring the drinks. It isn’t to be mean, it is to spare them the effort, of course (or at least that is what I have always heard.) If that person is always you, shock ’em all this year and show up with this quick and easy party pleasing snack! It is so good everyone will be begging you to bring it from now on instead of the chips.
Do you have any idea what this is yet?
It is white chocolate covered Rice Chex with red and green sprinkles
That’s all! It takes fewer than ten minutes to have a great crunchy and chocolatey treat that is sure to please.
All you need to do is melt a package of your favorite white melting chocolate, according to the package directions, in a large glass bowl. Once the chocolate is melted and creamy, pour in the cereal and gently stir. Pour the coated cereal onto wax paper, decorate with your favorite sugar sprinkles, and allow to harden. The entire process takes less than ten minutes.
*NOTE: Don’t forgo the sugar sprinkles. They really do make a difference!
Once the mixture is hardened you can package them in individual serving sizes and add to a gift basket full of edible goodies, or pour them into a festive bowl for the party. We enjoy this great mix during movie night at our house. It never makes it out the door to share with others.
Share it or keep it? Whatever you plan to do with it, I hope you enjoy this quick and easy party snack as much as we do.

White chocolate covered anything is amazing in my book. This is a great easy snack to put out for guests.
This will be perfect for a Christmas party I am going to. In fact, I may change the sprinkles and make it now for my husband’s a Rehab Therapists.
These sound great and look festive with the sprinkles.
This is actually really pretty! Easy party idea!
